Here you'll find a little information about me... and lots of pictures of my wonderful family.
I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia...where I still make my home along with my husband, three children and lots of friends. I have worked in the medical field for over fifteen years and am currently working in the Heart Room of one of North Atlanta's best hospitals. In addition to my full-time job, I recently graduated from Brenau University with a degree in Nursing.
Baking has always been one of my passions (as well as horseback riding), so it came natural to me to begin designing wedding cakes as gifts for my friends.
Word quickly spread that my creations were not only beautiful, but that they actually tasted great as well (how many wedding cakes have you tried that were not very moist, way too sweet, or just downright not very good?). Friends-of-friends began asking me to create their wedding cakes...and a business was born. Today, only the lucky few get to experience my creations. Because I have a full-time job, I'm only able only create a handful of wedding cakes each year, almost always by referral. Gingerbread Houses - The Christmas holidays also ensure long hours in the kitchen as she creates almost 500 gingerbread houses...many of which are used as corporate gifts.
